“WORK WITH US” INFORMATION NOTICE
pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Dear Applicant,
BONOMI INDUSTRIES Srl (or the “Controller”) places special attention to the aspects that concern the privacy of those who, by completing the “form” (mask) in the “Work with us” section of the website www.bonomiindustries.com, intend to work with our Company, either in-house or as contractors.
Through this general information notice, provided in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 “Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter EU Reg.) BONOMI INDUSTRIES Srl intends to fully describe the methods to manage, process and protect the personal data provided.

DATA CATEGORY
BONOMI INDUSTRIES Srl only collects common personal data (e.g. personal details, tax code and CV information such as qualifications, work experience, etc.).
LEGAL BASIS AND WHY THE DATA IS PROCESSED
The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to follow up the applicant’s request and, namely, to check the conditions for the recruitment and/or to start working as a contractor.
CONSEQUENCES OF THE NON-PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
The provision of personal data by the applicant for the above purposes is mandatory, as, in the event of failure to provide them, the Data Controller will not proceed with the examination of the application received.
HOW THE DATA IS PROCESSED
The data provided will not be disclosed and will be processed only by personnel directly authorised by the Data Controller in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights. No data profiling activities shall be carried out.
The data will be recorded and held both in paper-based and electronic archives, with organisational systems correlated to the purposes of the processing. Furthermore, in order to protect data being destroyed or lost (including accidental loss) and to ensure its integrity and confidentiality (also against unauthorised access or disclosure) and in general to ensure the rights of the data subject, BONOMI INDUSTRIES Srl has taken technical and organisational measures in accordance with the provisions of the EU Reg. (especially with reference to Art. 24, 32 and 35).
TRANSMISSION OF DATA
Personal data may be transmitted for the purposes indicated above to parties authorised to process data pursuant to art. 29 of the EU Reg. (e.g. employees of the Data Controller) or external parties appointed for this purpose as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the EU Reg.
PERIOD OF STORAGE OF THE DATA
The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time required to fulfil the purposes indicated above and, in any case, for no more than 5 years from their collection for any positions higher or equal to the 5th contract level of the applicable national collective agreement, and for no more than 2 years for positions lower than the indicated level.
PLACE OF STORAGE OF THE DATA
Personal data will be stored at the Data Controller’s operating office and in any case within the European Union.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The applicant concerned by the personal data shall have the right to request and obtain, at any time, from the Data Controller, the access (art. 15 of the EU Reg.), rectification (art. 16 of the EU Reg.) and erasure of (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) (art. 17 of the EU Reg.) his/her personal data. The applicant shall also have the right of restriction of the processing of the personal data (art. 18 of the EU Reg.), the right to the portability of data (art. 20 of the EU Reg.), as well as the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data (art. 21 of the EU Reg.). In any case, the applicant shall have the right to submit a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority, as set out in art. 77 of the EU Reg., or the right to an effective judicial remedy pursuant to art. 79 of the EU Reg. if he/she believes that the processing of the personal data that concern him/her was performed in violation of the provisions of the EU Reg.
