Safeguarding the environment is central to RuBInc’s vision. We prioritize reducing our environmental impact not only through the reliable and durable brass ball valves we manufacture, which help prevent waste and leakage, but also in our operational practices.

One of our key initiatives is investing in green energy, particularly with the installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels in our production facility. In 2023, these panels produced around 788 MWh of clean energy, a 38% increase from the previous year. With a nominal installed capacity now reaching 1.7 MWp, we set the stage for further progress.

An energy assessment conducted on September 10th, 2024, illustrates how effectively our PV panels support production energy needs. The chart below highlights three key areas: energy drawn from the grid when solar production didn’t fully meet demand (red), energy directly used from our PV panels (green), and surplus energy fed back into the grid (yellow).

On that day during peak solar hours, we were able to fully power our operations, showcasing how renewable energy could reduce reliance on traditional, polluting sources and help lower CO2 emissions.

Each year, we invest in the continuous modernization of our production processes, machinery, and energy systems. We recognize that future challenges will require innovative solutions, and we are committed to growing sustainably to benefit not only the environment, but also the communities we serve.
