Our customers – and their satisfaction – are very close to our heart. For this reason, each year, at RuB Inc, we conduct an important survey to be certain that we satisfy – and maybe in some cases exceed – the expectations of our customers, who rely on us to achieve their goals.
Our products, in fact, are recognized for their high quality and performance, and we strive every day, year after year, to offer service with added value. We can proudly say that the results of our daily commitment doesn’t’ remain unnoticed: as the survey demonstrates, 90% of our customers who responded in the U.S.A. and Canada promote the RuB brand, meaning that they would recommend our company to their friends and colleagues.
Furthermore, our integrity and ethics, which are among our company's founding values, are also recognized as strengths: RuB Inc's performance in these areas has been rated as "excellent," and we could not be prouder. "The Customer Service Reps and myself are continually learning and growing along with our relationships with our customers. We strive to provide fast, courteous, and accurate information for customers, prospects, and anyone requesting information about RuB valves and actuation" says Justin Krampotich, Operations Manager.
Another crowning achievement is customer service, also rated as excellent. Other aspects considered by the nine questions on the questionnaire included the accuracy and quality of information provided, knowledge of the products and the ability to understand customers' business, as well as the capacity to go beyond expectations. These aspects all achieved a high score and have inspired our team to move forward proudly in this direction, aiming at continuous improvement.
