On 15 February, RuB, Inc. proudly achieved the MNSTAR certification from the Minnesota Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MNOSHA), the highest level of recognition awarded to companies that demonstrate excellence in workplace safety and health practices.

To achieve MNSTAR certification, RuB Inc. underwent a comprehensive evaluation of its safety and health programs, policies, and procedures. MNOSHA reviewed RuB Inc.'s injury and illness rates, safety program implementation, training programs, and overall commitment to workplace safety and health. RuB Inc. exceeded MNOSHA's rigorous standards and demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement in workplace safety.

During the celebration of the 30th anniversary of RuB,Inc., on the 8th of April, the official MNSTAR flag raising ceremony was held. All RuB, Inc. employees participated together with a delegation from Italian headquarters.
