We strive to meet the needs of our customers in every way possible. And we do so not only through specifically designed, engineered and manufactured OEM products, but also by customising standard RuB ball valves. 

Changes to standard RuB products require special management and therefore must meet minimum volume requirements. “Each level of customisation must correspond to a minimum volume in order to make the production economically viable,” specifies Federico Bignotti, Key Account Manager, and our sales team is available to provide all the information and clarify any doubts in this regard.

The customisations we can make to RuB ball valves include handles with colours other than the “conventional” ones. The colour is usually related to the valve application, but a customer may need a handle with a different, non-standard colour. The handle can also be made from different materials, changing from carbon steel to stainless steel for greater protection where attack from oxidation and/or corrosion is more likely.
It can also be marked with the customer’s logo using laser marking, which is more resistant and indelible compared to standard screen-printing.

“Another possible customisation involves the ball, which can be made of stainless steel instead of brass as in the standard version. This is required when the valve is installed in systems that must withstand attack from corrosive materials”, concludes Bignotti.
